K.I.T. Group France has been appointed as the official housing agent for the 8th Congress of The Skin Inflammation and Psoriasis International Network which will be held in Paris from July 2- 4 at the Conference space Beffroi de Montrouge.

We have secured a number of hotel rooms at various hotels with negotiated rates.

Changes and Cancellations*:

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France (accommodation@spincongress.org).

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

  • Free cancellation before 01/03/2025
  • For cancellations received between 02/03/25 and 30/04/2025 : 50% refund.
  • For cancellations received after 30/04/2025, no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged.

No-shows will be released at 9 a.m. the following day, and the accommodation will not be refunded.

We may require a 3-D secure password (special code from your bank) to authorize the transaction. You will receive the paid invoice after the payment. 3% of Credit card fees will be applied in case of payment by credit card.
  • Bank transfer:  The payment is due within 7 days on the bank details written on the invoice.
