K.I.T. Group France has been appointed as the official housing agent for the International Forum On Pumped Storage Hydropower which will be held at UNESCO from September 9, to September 10, 2025.

We have secured a number of hotel rooms at various hotels with negotiated rates near the Forum.

To book your accommodation, please select your preferred dates and sort the list by category.

Rooms in different hotels shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so remember to secure your room on time.

Rates include breakfast, local city taxes and VAT.

Confirmation and Invoice:

You will receive a confirmation of your hotel booking upon receipt of full payment.

Changes and Cancellations*:

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France (hotel-forum@kit-group.org ).

  • Free cancellation before July 25 2025
  • For cancellations received July 26 2025 , no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged.

No-shows will be released at 9 a.m. the following day, and the accommodation will not be refunded

Credit card payment : The following credit cards are accepted : Visa, Mastercard. You will be redirected to the secured payment page. We may require a 3-D secure password (special code from your bank) to authorise the transaction. You will receive the paid invoice after the payment. 

Bank transfer: The payment is due within 7 days on the bank details written on the invoice.

Please note that an administrative fee of 3% will be included during the payment process.
