Changes and Cancellations*:

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France (accommodation-icid26@kit-group.org).

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

  • Free cancellation before August 21st, 2026 
  • For cancellations received between August 22nd, 2026 and September 11th, 2026 : 50% refund.
  • For cancellations received after September 12th, 2026, no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged. 

No-shows will be released at 9 a.m. the following day, and the accommodation will not be refunded.
