Welcome!! We look forward to getting your group registered for the 9th International Infection Control Africa Network Congress (ICAN 2025) taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from 29 June to 02 July 2025.

Before we get started, here is some important information:

You will be responsible for registering everyone in your group, so before you continue, please ensure that you know the following:

* If any of the participants in your group are members of ICAN. 
* Your company's full and correct billing details including VAT number where applicable.
* The attendance requirements of your group members. For more information on the programme, click here. 
* Will they require any additional networking reception tickets for partners or guests?
* If any of your group members have any allergies, special dietary requirements or disability requirements.
* In the event of an emergency, decide if you will provide one point of contact for all group members or ask each member to provide you with this information (name, relationship to registrant and mobile) before proceeding.

Please note the following:

* Should any of your group members have a discount code, they should register via the special link provided to them via email and not be included in your group registration. 
* One invoice will be issued for all members of the group.
* No discounts will apply for groups of 2 - 4.
* A 10% discount will apply for groups of 5 - 9.
* A 20% discount will apply to groups of 10 or more.
