The Conference Organiser has negotiated preferential rates with the hotels listed below.

Please note:
• Rates are in Euro (EUR).
• Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast and the compulsory EUR 5 per person per night city tax.
• According to country tax regulations, hotel accommodation falls under the EC directive TOMS (Tour Operators Margin Scheme - Art. 306 EC VAT Directive). Please be aware that this directive prohibits hotel reservations from being issued with VAT receipts / invoices, therefore your invoice will not reflect VAT and VAT will not be recoverable.
