A total pre-payment is required.
Please note that 3% of adminstration fees will be required during the booking process.

Confirmation and Invoice:

You will receive a confirmation of your hotel booking upon receipt of full payment.

Changes and Cancellations*:

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France (hotel-ehra2026@kit-group.org ). 

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

  • Free cancellation before March 2nd 
  • For cancellations received March 3rd, no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged.

No-shows will be released at 9 a.m. the following day, and the accommodation will not be refunded.

Credit card payment: The following credit cards are accepted : Visa, Mastercard. You will be redirected to the secured payment page. We may require a 3-D secure password (special code from your bank) to authorize the transaction. You will receive the paid invoice after the payment.
