Changes and Cancellations*:

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France (accommodation-eao@kit-group.org ). 

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

  • Free cancellation before August 10th
  • For cancellations received between August 10th and September 1st, 50% refund.
  • For cancellations received from September 2nd: no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged.

No-shows will be released at 9 a.m. the following day, and the accommodation will not be refunded.

Please note that Lisbon's tourist tax, amounting to €4.00 per night per room, as well as a 3% administrative fee, will be added at this stage of the booking process.

  • Bank transfer: Payment is due 7 days after booking, you will receive an invoice for the payment on your email address.
  • Credit card payment: The following credit cards are accepted : Visa, Mastercard. You will be redirected to the secured payment page. We may require a 3-D secure password (special code from your bank) to authorize the transaction. You will receive the paid invoice after the payment.
