Dr Philip Oshun is a faculty and a clinical Microbiologist at the University of Lagos/Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Araba Lagos. His research interests include antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention and control, respiratory viral infections and viral infections of the central nervous system. He is the principal investigator of the Outpatient Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Project in Africa where he leads a team of healthcare professionals to implement AMS in the outpatient setting and community pharmacies in Africa.
